Minaret is psyched to partner up with 89.9 KCRW to present a special concert starring Seattle-born jazz drummer, producer and rapper Kassa Overall, June 23rd at Zebulon.
For his debut headlining show in LA, Kassa is bringing a full band featuring Ian Finkelstein, Morgan Guerin, Bendji Allonce, and Giulio Xavier Cetto. He’ll be performing cuts from his new album ANIMALS, out May 26th on Warp Records.
Guitarist & vocoderist takoda opens up with his dynamic trio featuring Luke Titus & Jonathan Huber, & we have Detroit producer/DJ Black Noi$e on the ones and twos, lacing the night with tracks before & in between sets.
